The OEM rubber bushes are tuned with comfort in mind, and under the torque of the S58 they deflect, letting the differential move during launches, hard acceleration and fast changes of direction. The result is a rear end that feels less connected than the rest of the chassis.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe inserts fill the voids in the factory bushes, limiting that movement while the rubber stays in place to do its job. Four smaller inserts support the front mounting points and one larger insert supports the single rear mount, so the whole differential is held more firmly rather than one point in isolation.
